30 days to decide

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.

Pieces that show signs of use, are missing parts, or arrive without their original packaging cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable. We recommend a tracked, insured service so your return arrives safely.

Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, the item value is refunded in full to your original payment method.

Damaged or defective on arrival

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label.

Approved damage and defect cases are handled separately from standard returns — we will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover any return shipping required.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@lumierelightstudio.com with your order number and reason
  2. We'll reply within 24 hours with the return address and next steps
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the return with a tracked carrier of your choice

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, place a new order for the piece you want and return the original for a refund. This way your replacement ships immediately.
